Forest school

We have a wonderful mature woodland here at St John's which we make great use of during the year. Children LOVE being in the woods and through the year they will:

• Take part in regular Forest School sessions with our Forest School teacher, Mr Sivewright.

• Use the woods as part of the curriculum e.g. in geography and science.

• Have the opportunity to take part in advanced Forest Skills groups.

• Take family members in there during PTA events.

• Earn the chance to roast marshmallows as part of our behaviour system.
